Chris Carleton - New York, NY - 1st Marathon - Guaranteed to set his P.R. this marathon. Rumor has it tall people run faster, so watch out.
Paul Moore IV - Walnut Creek, CA - 2nd Marathon - Goal is not to throw up at the finish line like the first time.
Gary J. Cooper - New York, NY - 8th Marathon - You'd think he'd had enough. Stubborn or stupid - you decide.
Well believe it or not this is going to be a sometimes serious blog about our adventure in running the San Francisco Marathon on July 30, 2006. We are all going to share our training experience on this site and use it as a motivational vehicle. Let's have fun and do this, brothers! Everyone's comments are welcome - serious or not so serious.......

YO G,
Where did you get those pictures man? We all look like we are in good form.
I look like a wasted bum with a perm. When was that?
